Our Role
The Strategic Planning and Insights & Foresight team delivers transformational growth to establish BAT as one of the fastest growing FMCG companies. We combine our proactive, innovative and strong commercial acumen to carry out in-depth market analysis and develop competitive business strategies. Through data, we uncover patterns and trends that are relevant to the business, developing BAT’s broader business and corporate objectives and helping to build our New Categories portfolio.

The Activation and Trade Marketing & Distribution team provides our global markets and product categories with innovative solutions that maximise productivity – from optimising global brand distribution to building external relationships. We deliver unparalleled portfolio growth, strengthening our activation and interfacing capabilities by developing sustainable commercial relationships whilst maximising our return on investment. It’s how we acquire, convert and retain our loyal consumer and customer base.
